Can you hold a place before I apply?

How do I apply for a rental property?

Can I have a pet?

What if I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay?
In most cases, all leaseholders are jointly responsible for the lease term. If one tenant wants to remain, they may need to requalify on their own or secure an approved replacement roommate. -
What should I do if I plan to move out at the end of my lease?

Who is responsible for paying for maintenance or repairs?
